Piri Piri D'almancil

I can't recommend this restaurant enough! We went as a family on this last night of a short break to Almancil. The food was delicious and fresh. On arrival we were made to feel welcome by the very attentive staff. My mum has mobility issues but was able to negotiate around the restaurant well. If you are looking for relaxing, fun and casual dining this is the place. To top it all off the prices are outstanding for the quality of food. My mum and sister in law had the garlic prawns to start. Yum!! My sister and I shared the lamb pastie starter and they were amazing. We have been to the restaurant many times but yesterday we were shocked to be charged 1.50€ for a pat of butter. The fish and chips was advertised with tartare sauce but it was served in a tiny paper cup, not much bigger than a thimble!!!! Also even though there were 4 of us and we all had a full meal and drinks the staff only marked 2 stamps on our loyalty card. when I queried it they reluctantly put on 2 extra stamps. We will not return.

Great spot tucked away in almancil. We had the chorizo sausage and cod cakes to start which were delicious. The chicken and the ribs for mains were also excellent, the addition of the rice and refried bean really set it off, couldn't fault the food service or the outdoor eating... Loved it.

We picked this place at random and were utterly delighted. The food was outstanding and the service was really really good. We’re on honeymoon and have had nothing but good food and service on and around the Tavira Faro area where we’re staying but this meal has made a big impression. Réservez une table maintenant
