Minus one star for the hairs kind of a turn off (gross) but hey doesn’t get any fresher than that as if they killed it in the back lol… good food tho I was recommended by a customer and this is my honest review. You walk in it def old school vibes the smell of burnt smoky goodness! The pork was good the sauce was good. They have huge amounts of chopped meat in the back on the bone which was cool! I also had the bread pudding but ehh hard pass.. definately one of a kind place everyone should visit all the restaurants over 4.0 ratings in east orange it means they are doing something right!

Stopped in to get me some jerk chicken and pork. When I first walked in there was no waiting. I greeted the lady by the small window, saying hello but she acted like she never wanted to answer. Her attitude was not welcoming. The jerk chicken was cold and the rice swimming in cabbage water and gravy. I told them not to put any gravy on the food and they did on both dinner. The food is ok but they have to do better with their attitude. FYI, we customers make you have a pay check. Service: Take out Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Jerk chicken and pork is great 95% of the time. I've had it sometimes and it wasn't the same quality. I don't like the sides at all. They're not friendly to women and Americans. Caribbean men get the best treatment.

Nice Portions for the $10 Stew Platter... Its the Size of Many Places Medium/Large... 4 Nice Pieces of Chicken... The Cabbage Had Its Own Taste From Other Joints... It Had a Nice Kick Still With a Light Flavor... Réservez une table maintenant

Food was amazing, and what I love about it most is that the kitchen is connected to the whole unit of the restaurant. You can taste the preparation of the food, and you can tell they took their time to cook it.
