I recently visited Pita Inn and had a highly disappointing experience. Despite purchasing a meal and a drink, Upon approaching the machine with my own cup, I was confronted by an elderly staff member who seemed agitated and didn't communicate well in English. Instead of politely clarifying, he aggressively demanded to see my receipt and insisted I use their cup. After explaining that I had already paid and showing him my receipt, he reluctantly allowed me to use my own cup. However, moments later, he abruptly took away my cup without explanation, causing unnecessary inconvenience and embarrassment. This incident not only highlighted poor customer service but also a lack of respect and unders...
I have been coming to the OG pita Inn since the 90s I was 14 years old. I'm 37 now in fact I was there today for lunch! But I was in this newer location, Smaller yes but same great taste in food fast service as usual..Lately I been getting nasty food tonight 7/14 I got plastic in my damn food and when you call and complain they give you a hard time.
Without a doubt, the best falafels in the Chicago suburbs! We've ordered takeout from here several times, usually for groups of 10 to 15 people. We typically get plenty of sides to create 2-3 falafel sandwiches per person. This way, it becomes a DIY experience, allowing everyone to customize their sandwiches to their liking.
Food is delicious and everything is always fresh. My fave is spicy chicken sandwich and combination feast. I also like stuffed grape leaves. Oh, and the chicken fatoush salad.

The food is great and its prepared rather quickly and fresh from the time of placing it I haven't had half of the menu here but it's all been amazing food thus far
How can you not love the Pita Inn?!? Been coming here for many years. Excellent, fresh food at a great price. Business lunch special is the best deal in town!
Always good quality sandwiches and delicious too. Love the chicken shawarma sandwich and falafel sandwich. Baklava is tasty as well.
Food was soooo good just expensive ! So worth it on occasion because you can make at least 2 meals out of it.
