On the plus side, the toppings are fresh as in all Pita Pits. However, the last two times we have been here they did not offer to grill vegetables, which previously (and at other Pita Pits) was standard practice. In addition this franchise doesn't have...the sandwich grill that some others have. Toasting the pita makes it much more special; otherwise you basically have a cold sandwich you could make at home. At least in prior visits they would put the assembled sandwich on the grill, but today the woman behind the counter refused to do that saying they were too busy. My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant. We ordered the grilled steak pita, which was served cold because the kitchen was still working on preparing the banana and chocolate cups. I was shocked by the price of the milkshake, $4.19 each, and probably wouldn't have ordered it if I had known. The pita, when it finally arrived, was dressed with enough ingredients but the double cheese we requested was thinly sliced and barely noticeable. The service was lacking, with no smiles from the staff, and I didn't feel like we were treated as valued customers. Have eaten from here twice now. The first time the ingredients weren't mixed with the sauce prior to being put in the pita. They just added sauce on top which resulted in getting bites of too much sauce and bites of no sauce. So the...next visit I had a salad instead of a pita. It was fresh but not very plentiful in size so I was still hungry after my $6.50 salad. There is lots of parking and the washrooms are clean. But will probably go elsewhere next time.

I frequently visit this restaurant with friends for lunch. The service is always friendly and the food is prepared quickly and healthily. There are a lot of topping choices, and I particularly enjoy the grilled vegetables. I also appreciate the option of having the pita put in the press at the end.

It was my first visit to a Pita Pit. The staff were very helpful & patient with me.I chose Chicken souvlaki in a bowl. When I added my favourite ingredients it resulted in a delicious salad. My husband had the Chicken Souvlaki Pita. Also delicious! We'll be back!

I ordered a Philly steak pita with extra vegetables and, although it tasted good, when I asked for double the veggies, they were skipped. The pita was very small. I will return, but I would like to request four times the amount of vegetables next time.

it was my first visit in a pita pit. the staff was very helpful to me. I chose chicken souvlaki in a bowl. when I added my favorite ingredients, it came to a delicious salad. my man had the chicken souvlaki pita. also. lovely! we're coming back!

Three went in for something quick to eat. It was around 4 pm on Sunday so it wasn't busy, we received friendly service and a great meal. It would have been nice if it was grilled but we didn't check or ask. I'm still happy.

We went to the burger place next Door but half of us went to pita pit because of the line up at the burger place. Super quick and super friendly service. Very good as always

I always command the same and they never have a problem to load the nice on the grill for me. the ingredients are always fresh and plentiful.
