Pitaya Thai Street Food

I ordered a pad tha . I got noodles barely cooked, not stir fried and drowned into soy sauce. All I could taste was salt. Did you know that pad thai is supposed to be made with tamarind? Have you ever had a pad tha once in your lifetime to serve such a dish to customers? Don't you feel ashamed of spoiling a national dish? How would you feel if tomorrow you go to thailand and have a croissant who taste like caned tuna? Please change your recipe or change the tag name of your dishes on your menu, and stop insulting a culture.

Not good at all. I had a pad Thai and it had almost no flavour at all. The flavour you could taste was mainly soy sauce and not at all the sweet and tangy flavours from Pad Thai. The “sauce” was also quite liquid and it wasn’t creamy bc there were very few peanuts in it as well. I had it with tofu and they used very soft pudding-like tofu, which I didn’t like

Honestly quite an incredible food to go thai restaurant. The taste is there, as well as the atmosphere of sitting in the street in Bangkok ; the perfect thai experience.

the atmosphere is very good and the taste is also good. after my knowledge they should serve curry and tears separately.
