Pitlochry Festival Theatre And Cafe

We have come for years to PFT.. Having our dinner in the restaurant before the performance ensured we had no timing worries and the service team were always very efficient and helpful. We brought our 12 year old grandson to both performances of The Bannf Film show and as we have done in the past we prebooked our meal. The menu seemed fine but when the food arrived the smoked salmon pate starter was disappointing.... more like a squirt of piped fishy cream cheese and a pile of mixed leaves. The soup and goats cheese were ok. My Grandson asked for pasta with Mediterranean vegetables and a tomato sauce. Visited here to attend a performance of’Brief Encounter’ . Did a familiarisation visit the day before and had lunch. Food was excellent, staff friendly and views terrific. Well worthy of a visit if near Pitlochry away from the busy town centre.

The restaurant is located on the riverbank, offering stunning views. The coffee is excellent and the shop has a variety of unique items to browse through.

Nice friendly, good food at good prices, Some lovely Art on show a Good Gift shop.......Lovely views from the reteraunt good access..
