This place has great food, but they got to do something about the person who takes orders. She speaks too fast and she gets an attitude when you try to tell her you don’t understand. That kind of customer service doesn't make me want to order here. The guys who make the food and who give you your food are awesome and friendly. I would hate this bad customer service to bring them down.
I have to say that I have never been disappointed with their food. I always get a chicken cheese steak no cheese and the subs are delicious. The reason for the 3 stars for the atmosphere is they need a couple chairs when waiting for food. Other than good food and friendly staff!
I've been ordering food from here for years, but the delivery time has gone way down hill. It's okay to take an hour sometimes but not all the time. Will have to stop patronizing this place unfortunately.
The pizza I received was not fresh; it seemed to have been reheated before being served to me. Fortunately, I only ordered a small size, so I didn’t think it was worth the drive back to return it. Réservez une table maintenant
The fish sub was very soggy and not a lot of fish, quality of the fish was poor. The cashier was very friendly and would visit again but order a cheese steak sub since the staff is so nice .
The server spoke too quickly and didn't give us a chance to understand anything. They need someone who can speak clear English and at a more manageable pace, instead of talking over us!
Not even exaggerating but This place has never let me down! Food is always good, always hot, and great customer service. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for takeout.
