The pizza itself was decent but nothing special, and certainly not worth the $21 I paid for a 12-inch pie. I was disappointed to discover they had no vegan meat toppings, despite offering vegan cheese options. Other reviews and their online menu revealed they had a vegan crust available for an extra $2.50, which frustrated me as it was not mentioned during my order. It's puzzling why they would charge extra for a vegan crust when pizza dough is typically vegan by nature. It's unclear if this special crust even exists or if it's just a way to increase the price. Overall, while the experience was okay, the lack of transparency and limited vegan options left me disappointed.
I found it frustrating that the extra inch in diameter cost nearly $10 more, especially since most of it was just crust. The vegan crust itself was unappetizing - it was flat and had a "healthy" taste with seeds and a strange flavor that was not reminiscent of traditional pizza crust. Despite the variety of toppings available, the disappointing crust left me hungry and unsatisfied. I would not recommend this place and suggest sticking to a cheaper and tastier frozen Daiya pizza instead.
