You have to understand- anyone from Down East - take pride in their Down East Restaurants and whether you have to travel an hour to get takeout from one of them - it is definitely worth it- Well, not this time- We have been going to this Pizza Delight now for Years (about 7-8) - for the past few times it has been going down hill - sorry to say - this will probably be the last time I visit this pizza delight - the Garlic Cheese fingers were amazing!!! We had the Lasagna, small super donairs, and garlic fingers. the Lasagna was burnt yet again as previously- and the portion size has gone very small - you pay over 10$ for this and it used to be worth it - but not anymore. This has been our "go to" pizza place for years. Way back, years ago, they were a sponsor of my wife's (girl friend at the time) baseball team.We don't eat there weekly or anything like that, but when we want Pizza,they are the one we choose. With every OTHER pizza company having a location in our smaller town, our per capita pizza concentration must be setting some kind of record!Their staff are always friendly and helpful on the phone and in person when pick the pizza up.No complaints here!
My girlfriend grew up on pizza delight, so when she was feeling down, I took the one hr and 15 minute drive to fergus Ontario so she could be happy. She had a smile that broke my heart, the flavour is different than other pizza outfits and was very tasty but this outlet is basically takeout only as most of them are now. Too bad, but there was one patio table inside where we could have outer delight.
My town was lacking a good pizza option until we found Pizza Delight. We tried other big chains that were awful and overpriced. But the large thin crust pizza we had from Pizza Delight was fabulous! We highly recommend trying their pizza. We won't be going back to the other chains. We will definitely be returning to Pizza Delight every time. - S Turner Réservez une table maintenant
Do yourself a favour and never order from here on a weekend. Despite warning that they were busy and order would take 40 mins it took hour and 15 minutes. No apology or anything. Staff rude and often seem like they have no idea what they are doing. Pizza is hit or miss. Usually quite good, but sometimes burnt and dry.
