Ordered 2 drinks, Dough balls, 2 different Pizzas. Order taken by male waiter, not written down kept the Order in his head! Drinks arrived correctly No Dough balls arrived! Pizza’s arrived, one completely wrong! Was told that the wrong Pizza would be replaced with the...correct ordered Pizza. I said that I want a new Pizza also because mine would be cold while waiting for the other Pizza to be cooked, I was not about to eat my Pizza on my own! male waiter agreed. I proceeded to ask the male and a female waiter if I would receive a newly cooked Pizza, answer was yes, I then asked the cook if he was cooking me new Pizza, his answer was no he would not cook me a new Pizza, I was expected to eat...
On the 15th of January I visited Pizza Express with my mother, the male waiter kept the order in his head our drinks arrived 15 minutes after we sat down. We ordered dough balls for a starter which were barley cooked and cold. The garlic...butter tasted like normal butter with a very slight hint of garlic! When our meals arrived I had a American pizza and my mum had cannelloni, her meal was fine but my pizza was terrible. It was very thin, undercooked and starved of cheese! The pepperoni was cheap quality, overall it was very bland. Lidl pizza costing £1.79 is better taste and quality! I feel ripped off buy the standard of food presented here.
Visited on 2nd January. When time to order told no pasta dishes available at all, daughter doesnt eat pizza so only option was dough balls which she hated. Asked for a jug of water which came but no glasses. Very poor customer service, the waitress...almost sneered when ordered dough balls only. These came before pizza so didnt eat meals together. The chefs were making comments when people were leaving as no pasta available. Bad experience made worse bu poor customer service.
I have taken my family for a meal, not too busy. miserable greetings as we entered. that the employee did not seem to be too high, as if they did not want to be there, they also seemed unhappy. our appetizers have not been cleared away, our main thing has not been cleared away, has not offered us a desert menu. we paid the app there and left. the food we had was really nice. only a scandal that the lack of service give it up. will not be in a hurry to return. Ordered through deliveroo. Food arrived stone cold. I ordered couple of starters and a dessert. My Honeycomb Cream Slice was a joke- I paid £4.20 for a dry, PLAIN slice of cake. I have attached Photos of what I expected to receive and what I...actually received. Potenta chips were tasteless and watery. In general extremely dissapointed, stone cold tasteless food. Waste of £24. I will never order again, extremely LOW standards.
very disappointed to turn up and wait at the door. we booked a table and the waiter called us with another name and brought us to the table. not much service with a smile. wait for 30 minutes to watch the personal...French rushes to tell us they would be over to take an order in a minute and customers who are looking unhappy without eating. we decided to get up and go.
I like the Capricciosa since the mid 1970s, first visiting Pizza Express. Not on the current menu but a good pizza was produced. We each ordered different but all good and we were happy. Restaurant quiet and we were able to linger with additional hot...drinks, with server arriving whenever we needed
group of 4 of us had last Wednesday during a busy time (school vacation.) the staff was very friendly and explained that there would be a waiting for eating. it was about 30 minutes, but well worth waiting, eating was hot and well prepared....Desserts amazing! Réservez une table maintenant
