Pizza Express - Réservation de table

We recently had a fantastic pizza-making party for our daughter’s 6th birthday at the Coulsdon branch. A special thanks to Izzy our party-host who was lively, friendly and patient with the kids early on a Saturday morning! It was so nice to have the place to ourselves. Received lots of compliments from other parents on the concept of the pizza-making party! The two suggestions I would make are: please make it clear on the party description if you would prefer majority of parents to leave the store (but thank you again for accommodating us nonetheless) and background music! I did ask the chef but it never got played. The music during the games was fun though. A kids party was that really good...

What a disappointment the Coulsdon pizza express is such a let down. Not sure what has happened it used to be so good. The staff and manager were too busy chatting and laughing with each other and the chefs with an older lady doing all the lifting and carrying. It wasn’t busy yet waited ages to be served and for our food to arrive. When the pizzas did arrive they were soggy on the bottom and really not very nice. The chicken Caeser was a total disappointment 1 anchovy and the smallest amount of cheese, definitely not worth £14.50. We have been to many pizza express restaurants and I suggest you give this one a wide birth. Don’t waste your money go to Mazu, Lo Zafferano or Los Arcos in Coulsd...

The service here is amazing, all staff are incredibly kind, friendly and helpful no matter how busy. The food is always incredibly high quality and the atmosphere is always great. The experience here always has us coming back again and again. The food here is always high quality. No matter how busy, the staff are always helpful ans incredibly friendly. The service here is great, making us come back time after time. Demi was an excellent host and possibly the best ambassador for your establishment that I have ever come across. I suggest that she be promoted to a trainer for the local region. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5.
