Pizza Express South Woodford

Being a very regular customer of this Pizza Express and I am talking at least once a week on occasions more I was really disappointed to order my usual Legerria to find its now on a classic base with a bigger hole cut in the centre, I don 't like classic bases as I find them way too doughy so I left most of the base and ate the reduced amount of topping. Also gone is the salad in middle replaced with a pile of cheap tough leaves like it came off a hedge, no tomatoes or dressing included like before apparently you can have tomatoes added at a cost. Very disappointing as it is nothing like the original legerria and should be renamed as something else entirely different . I understand that cost...

My family celebrated a birthday at PExp in South Woodford with 10 people. The food was delicious and of good quality, especially the pizzas. The staff were fine, although a bit slow in their service. There were no major complaints in that regard. However, the prices were extremely high. Our order of dough balls, garlic cheesy bread, 2 non-alcoholic beers, and a large pizza amounted to £32 per person. I understand that dining out can be expensive nowadays, but it felt like prices were exceptionally inflated at this restaurant. I couldn't fathom how they justified charging £18 for a thin pizza. We decided to visit this restaurant on a whim on a Friday evening. It was packed with customers, but we were able to find a table. I ordered the classic American hot dish and was pleasantly surprised by the quick and hot service. The food arrived promptly and tasted delicious. As we were leaving, we noticed a line forming outside the door, showcasing the popularity of the restaurant.

My partner and I came in for bank holiday Monday dinner. The whole experience was fantastic. Our server, Alex, couldn’t have been more lovely and helpful. All the team did an incredible job, even with the restaurant completely full. Compliments to an incredible team, chefs and management. Thanks for a lovely evening! Réservez une table maintenant

We ordered via deloveroo...the pasta waa uncooked forget undercooked...pizza and pasta both cold...waste of money and no phone system as theyre too busy running mac and wings too ! We have belly ache.. I had to recook the pasta!! Starving kids

This is the second time I’ve ordered through Deliveroo and both times they’ve missed something off my order. Tried calling but couldn’t get through. Pizza was under cooked floppy and lukewarm. Not sure if I’d bother again!

We visited this restaurant after finishing our shopping. It was quiet, and as members, we received a discount. We started with garlic bread and I ordered the American Hot pizza. The service was excellent and friendly.

Visited yesterday, my daughter wanted to go. Place was clean and staff were very friendly. Pizzas were great and I enjoyed my American Hot, whilst my daughter had American with olives. Réservez une table maintenant

Booked a table this evening. All staff were masked abd tabke was cleaned. Just had dough balls with cheese to start which we shared. All had pizzas which were good.
