The food is excellent, and the customer service is outstanding, with friendly young staff members always wearing smiles. However, I found the prices to be quite high, likely due to the limited dining options available, which makes it feel like they are taking advantage of customers. The large pepperoni pizza on Tuesdays for $13 is a fantastic deal, but otherwise, a large pizza is $30, which leaves my family of five (including three small children) still feeling hungry afterward. My son and I were hungry. It was getting late. The only place to eat in the area that was Open (besides fast food) was Pizza Factory. We had the best Calzone ever!! The workers there were very friendly. Would definitely recommend eating here for anyone else who loves . And we will remember where to eat on our next trip up to Arnold- especially on a Tuesday!! (Not many restaurants open Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Pizza Factory was though. A great place to eat before 9:30pm

Definitely the best pizza around!! So glad the family that owns the Twain Harte Pizza Factory took over, they have been amazing over there for years, and now I have it just a 60 second trip from my house! Just have to remember to be a little patient, they are super busy, and short handed right now, but it's well worth it.

Pizza Factory used to be a staple in central California, but it seems to have shifted primarily to the foothills. I really enjoy the pizza; it's surprisingly well-crafted for a chain restaurant. The staff here are friendly, and they have games available to keep the kids entertained.

Really delicious pizza. Very generous with the toppings, and tasty sauce. I got the cauliflower crust and it was crisp and cooked just right. Others in my party also got salads and they looked really fresh.

I do not recommend this joint staff or owners son is rude, tacky, and frankly just trash. No respect for anyone. So glad Round Table will put you out of business. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
