Pedimos una Gran Canaria, una encuentro y una Santa Lucía. Son todas pizzas ganadoras en todos los campeonatos internacionales a los que participó esta pizzería. Me ha encantado la masa especial porque está hecha de harina integral, semilla de chía, sémola, semilla de lino y gofio, que tiene un sabor inconfundible y único. Me ha hecho mucha gracia que hayan utilizado el gofio que es algo típico de la Isla. Los italianos lo saben todo!!! Enhorabuena!! Volveré seguramente a hacer un pedido.
Very easy to agree with most other people on here the place doesn't look like much but is excellent. The same goes for the product. Since there was quite a lot of ingredients on the Encuentro, it looked like any sub 10 euro pizza anywhere in the world. No Naples style zebra crust or wood fired oven not even indoor seating. None of this matters the taste and the competition diplomas on the walls reveal these guys are true pizza masters in the style they have chosen.
Been dying to try this place since they came third in the world champion pizzeria competition and it didn’t disappoint! Wow! It’s only a takeaway, so we ate ours on a park bench and it was absolutely delicious! Their speciality is the Canaria. Pizza made with spiced chorizo de Teror, fresh spinach, pancetta, sweet local onions and Parmesan, the base is incredible and contains gofio chis seeds! Million percent recommend!
De vez en cuando pedimos pizzas aquí. En principio bien, pero la última vez bastante mal, la verdad. La masa quemada y dura, no me había pasado nunca aquí. Deberían cuidar un poco más el producto para que no pase. Prefiero esperar unos minutos para que me hagan unas nuevas que llevar pizzas que están quemadas. El trato como siempre super bien. Réservez une table maintenant
