Pizza Go Go - Réservation de table

I been a regular customer for some years now but today will no longer be going here. I called up as usual but instead of the collection I thought I 'd go for delivery. I asked if delivery is free and the person replied yes . I ordered 2 pizzas and he said £21 This usually costs me £16. I asked him what it would cost if I collect it he said £16, £7.99 x 2 £16 but delivery is free but charges an extra £5. I questioned him about this he just got rude and started raising his voice. Something dodgy and wrong going on here, quite scammy. Avoid this, even better, try what I said here and see what they say. Either they are not explaining properly and just say yes as soon as you ask them if delivery...

Absolutely terrible customer service. Firstly the pizza took an hour to arrive. When I called to ask about the delay I was told we don 't want to deliver to you. You are too far. When I said that his attitude was poor and why do they cover my area if they are unhappy with the distance, I was told don 't pay then. Send it back. I would advise anyone considering ordering from this atrocious place to avoid it like the plague!

Amazing service! I was struggling financially and had no food for myself and my daughter for the night, I offered to pay the money back for the pizza on a certain date and the manager agreed. He kindly and quickly sent us a very delicious pizza and helped us out immensely! Thank you so much once again x you’ve always been great with everything for us x

We just sat there last night and waited and waited. Placed order at 10.30pm, told delivery would be there in 35 40 minutes, What happened to our delivery, no call to us, no answer when we called from 11.20 to 11.30pm. You close at 11.30pm. Why no answer? WHAT HAPPENED ? Réservez une table maintenant

WOW !!! Had Pizza GOGO tonight and everything was perfect. The sides were absolutely delicious!!! Thank you so much to the hard working team during Covid too!! I did not get a picture of my food as it went down way too quickly. One happy and full family!

Popped in after having gone to our local theatre and not wanting to cook. Service fine. Quality of ingredients poor. I would not order from here again. I would prefer top range supermarket pizzas over these one.

Very helpful man. It was hot on arrival. Pleasant to talk with. Pizzas are nicely laid out and have good ingredients. First time I have used them and they are definitely better than farmhouse.
