Pizza-heimservice Fantastico

Chefin am Telefon die unfreundlichste Frau die ich im Service Bereich kenne.Hab Telefonisch bestellt und mir würde gesagt das es länger dauert. Aber nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit habe ich den Fahrer wieder weggeschickt.Und habe dann nochmal angerufen um es der Chefin zusagen..aber hätte ich mir sparen können da Sie gerade weiter gemacht hat und einfach aufgelegt hat. Essen ist gut da ich eigentlich 2mal die Woche bestellt habe.kann nur empfehlen das wenn sie anrufen und eine Dame am Telefon haben. Einen anderen Lieferdienst anzurufen. Spart das Sie nicht doch selbst kochen müssen.Ist ja nicht so das es in Durmersheim keine anderen Lieferservice gibt. Food: 4

For several orders this year unfortunately too late. Up to 60 minutes. Always had to be called. Today too late and unfortunately it missed a pizza. The delivery (25 minutes) was then unfortunately not the missing pizza. At least the driver is nice and there was a small compensation. Due to a small celebration and the lockdown, I asked for punctual delivery and asked if this is possible. That was confirmed on the phone. With minimal delay, the competition will gladly bring a bottle of cola or wine unrequired. This is where the driver does something. Conclusion: Pizza good, driver nice, bad service and not reliable.

fantastico is a family business and not much attention to customer-friendliness. I had to wait a long time for my pizza, and it wasn't worth it. I was repeatedly asked what I wanted, and yet I got a wrong pizza. the food tastes moderate, price is also acceptable, but nix especially in the menu. the location is not nice, no seats.

Jedes Mal das gleiche Lieferzeit 1Std. Nach 1,5 ruft man an und bekommt die Aussage essen ist unterwegs nach fast 2 Std essen endlich da, kalt mittlerweile wird man einfach weggedrückt. Wenn mans nicht im Griff hat sollte man nicht so viele Bestellungen annehmen. Chefin sehr unfreundlich

Knusprige Pizza Super knusprige Pizza mit viel Belag und frischen Zutaten. Haben die Pizza vorbestellt und sie kam pünktlich an. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr nett. Werden wieder dort bestellen Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5

Die beste Pizza vom Lieferservice im Umkreis. Knuspriger Teig, frische und leckere Zutaten. Zum Thema Lieferzeiten: Pizza vorab auf 19.00 Uhr bestellt, wurde pünktlich geliefert. So muss das sein. Réservez une table maintenant
