I wish I could give a negative rating to this restaurant. It is the worst-run pizza place I have ever come across, and I am 50 years old and have been to many establishments. They never answer their phones, and every time I order, there is always a problem. I ordered wings and two hours went by without hearing anything. When I tried to call, no one would answer. After waiting three hours, I finally got through to someone who said my order would be out in 45 minutes. By then, I had already been waiting for three hours, so I told them to cancel the order. This has happened several times in the past as well.
I decided to go in person to sort out the missing item, and the delivery man who also made the pizza was kind enough. However, the supposed manager was incredibly rude and did not apologize or acknowledge the mistake. Despite my pleasant demeanor, the lack of customer service was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this Pizza Hut again.
The customer service at this restaurant was excellent. The place was clean and welcoming. Aaron and the waitress were extremely helpful, kind, and patient. Our order was prepared quickly, much to our satisfaction. My children particularly enjoyed the Pizza Hut menu. Thank you, Aaron, for a great dining experience.
The food was piping hot and cooked perfectly. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The cinnamon buns were soft, covered in a generous amount of icing, and absolutely delicious. I would rate this experience a five-star evening. The delivery driver was polite and exceptional.

Whenever I order online, I consistently encounter issues. I often receive error messages stating that I have entered the wrong user ID or password. While it does work occasionally, it is not as reliable as I would prefer. As a result, I feel like I am missing out on my rewards.
My pizza was delivered raw and under cooked. Then they delivered a second one that was raw and under cooked. Then they finally delivered a third pizza that was cooked. So it took 3 times to finally get a good pizza. And in total in took 3 hours.
The cinnabun mini rolls looked nothing like what was advertised. The rolls were hard and the icing was not spread on before we got them when they were hot so the icing did not spread properly. One of our pizzas was burnt so bad it was very dry.
Arrived early for my pick up time .... very nice employee ran out in the cold just to tell me it was coming out of the oven and would be out soon! Very good as usual

We love that we can schedule a delivery or pickup in advance. This helps so much with our busy schedule during football season!
Pizza had funny almost sour flavor.... Very dry. Breadsticks were good, others very disappointing
