I am writing to share my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Domino's Pizza in Cumberland, Maryland (Queen City). As a loyal customer for several years, I have spent thousands of dollars and consistently tipped generously to show my appreciation.
Recently, we received a pizza that was not the one we ordered. When I called to address the issue, I was taken aback when I was asked to take a picture of the pizza and text it to the manager's personal cell phone. As a former restaurant manager myself, I found this request to be unprofessional and disrespectful, suggesting that I was lying about the situation. At no point did the manager apologize for this implication or express any...
Arrived to pick up my curbside order and they never brought it out. Ended up going to the counter to pick it up after waiting in the parking lot for awhile. When asked about the free pizza the app says we should get if it’s over two minutes the manager proceeds to lie too me and say we don’t do that even though it’s on the app. The manager proceeds to get an attitude with me for accusing him of Lying to me. In the end they forgot about our order and did not want to admit it. Would highly recommend going elsewhere until there is a new manager at this place.
This Domino's is NOT a good one. I ordered a medium pepperoni and bacon pizza with Xtra cheese. There was NO Xtra cheese with barely any cheese at all and each slice had exactly one pepperoni per slice. I worked for Domino's 30 years ago on and off for 7 years. Never thought Domino's would get so cheap. The pizza was awful and a total waste of money and my time ordering it. I ordered this a few weeks ago. And was my one and only Domino's purchase from this location. Never ordering Domino's again. Truly awful pizza.
Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza 3 days ago and ever since eating it I've had non stop stomach cramps and diarrhea. I know have to go to the hospital, I absolutely DO NOT recommend food from here!!!

I waited two hours for someone to bring me my pizza, and I'm really frustrated. Please refund my money now; this is the worst service I've ever experienced.
The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely worth your time and money!
Chicken, bacon, ranch pizza us to die for. Always hot and delicious.

The stuffed pepperoni bread hardly had any sauce or pepperoni in it.
Ordered pizza which had incorrect toppings and was delivered cold.
