You were out of lemon pepper chicken, so your employee Richard called to apologized and offered all the alternatives and even offered a ranch to make up for it. Very polite and helpful. When i when to pick up my order the gentleman at the pickup window was super nice. Even checked to make sure i was called about the missing lemon pepper and apologized again. This was my best experience with your staff have had. thank you very much.

drive past 3 times because it sits in the dark and has no illuminated pizza hat sign. annoyed, I took my pizza from the convenient pick-up dru window, then went home to eat the BEST pizza I had in a long time.
