First trip into 'out of home eating ' since Feb '20 so had concerns! Any concerns were allayed the moment we walked through the door (I 'd booked reservation online), staff asked pertinent questions about COVID and reassured us that all steps were being taken to ensure our safety, scanned track trace and ushered to seat ..., well away from any other diners, understandably the midweek buffet wasn 't on the menu so we selected a pizza each (3 of us and 2 yr old) and shared amongst ourselves, rather miffed that when I asked for some Jalapeños I was given a tiny finger type bowl and was informed that this was all I could have, drinks machine was broken so had to have council pop (water) ... I do...
We were warmly greeted by a friendly staff member upon our arrival at the restaurant. We were able to choose our seating location and given the option of mobile ordering or table service. We opted for mobile ordering, which was simple and convenient. Our food arrived quickly and hot, and it was absolutely delicious - everyone in our group enjoyed it. Throughout our visit, we were checked on multiple times to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and overall we had a delightful experience. We hope to return again soon and highly recommend this restaurant.
The hostess who seated us was very friendly, but attempting to order food online due to lack of table service was a frustrating experience. Despite trying to ask for assistance, we received none. When our food finally arrived, it resembled undercooked cardboard topped with minimal cheese and tomato sauce. The salad was more like pots of sauces and coleslaw. The bottomless drinks all tasted the same with no distinguishable flavors. For the price we paid, we expected better quality food and service. The pizza from a takeaway would have been a better option at a fraction of the cost.
I wouldn't call back to this restaurant. I found our waitress extremely rude as we were having difficulty getting connection to use the app to make our order. She asked us if we had even tried, and implied that we hadn't even attempted. She made it very uncomfortable for us and there was an atmosphere. Eventually once I had reminded her that some people have disabilities and problems with technology, she then altered her expectations and was willing to take our order. Not what we would expect when we spend £50 on a meal there. Shocking service, never again

Went for all you can eat buffet . This is good value as you can eat as little or much as you like . The Pizza was very good . Unfortunately I cannot say the same for what I thought was Macaroni Cheese. There was no taste to it all . It was so bland . The Garlic bread was also a disappointment, no Garlic that I could taste . Not very good . We won't be going again Disappointed as we have not been for a couple of years due to Covid and I don't remember it being this poor .
Absolutely disgusted. Phoned early evening to book a table for my 7 year olds birthday party was told not to worry there would be plenty of tables, after bowling we arrived with 3 of his friends to be told sorry we are far too busy with takeaways ! Not taking anymore eat in bookings , the young woman was very rude and even when we explained the situation she didn’t want to know !! You can imagine the disappointment on my sons face
The customer service at this Pizza Hut is lacking compared to Weatherspoons and McDonald's. Despite being aware that it is a Pizza Hut, there is still an expectation of a certain level of service for the price. The prices are comparable to those of a 5-star restaurant, but the service is more akin to that of McDonald's. In fact, the McDonald's located nearby was more attentive in comparison.
Waitress was rude, condescending, and dismissive towards my query of incorrect prices on their paper menus which they handed to our table. They were old and they can 't print out any new ones apparently! I will not be returning and I think Pizza Hut seriously needs to address better customer service training on how to deal with a query and talk to paying customers more nicely!

We booked an area out for 28 people and were delighted with EVERY aspect of our visit. Numerous pizza's and drinks kept on coming. Brilliant evening thanks to Dan and his superb team
