Don’t expect your order to be out by the time you pick it up for carry out! I arrived at my quoted time, called multiple times finally got a ring informed them that I was there to pick up my curbside order and they told me it would be 5-10 more minutes… when i got the food, it was not hot and my wings had literally no sauce on them (I order bbq wings). when i tried to call again i didn’t get anyone to answer, finally when the woman was bringing out someone else’s order i was able to inform her of mine. Door Dash driver stole our entire order and the store manager (sorry, didn’t catch name) made it right AND remade the order and was sure to deliver it with Pizza Hut drivers. Class act, Pizza Hut. Above and beyond. Door Dash—that was the last time.

So slow, they told me my pizza was in the oven and it was still in the oven 25 minutes later. No communication with people waiting. Super short staffed and very vague with people on expected wait times.
