I haven't had Pizza Hut since I was younger so I was excited to order from here. I ordered 2 pizzas yesterday online for delivery. I was surprised that my delivery was being fulfilled by Door Dash. The expected delivery time kept changing. In the end it took 52 minutes to arrive. When I saw the driver pull into the driveway I opened the door and stepped out but he just left the pizza on the floor at my side door. I did not select contact less delivery either. The pizza was cold and really hard and disgusting. I never had a crust that was like literal crackers. I guess that's why it's called thin and crispy. If I wanted crackers I would have bought crackers, not pizza. Even my dog refused to...
The pan pizza is delicious! However, I had a bit of trouble on a different day when they messed up my order—not once, but twice. They tried to make amends by giving me a pizza that wasn’t what I ordered. While I appreciated the effort, they still made a mistake with the sauce. I had asked for BBQ, but they put the regular marinara on instead, and the toppings were fewer than I anticipated. In the end, I decided to let it go because it was becoming too much of a hassle.
We ordered two pizzas: one supreme and one Hawaiian with pineapple and ham. The receipt showed a total of $31, plus a $6 tip. However, when we opened the boxes, we found two regular cheese pizzas instead. I contacted the store to request a replacement, but the manager denied our request to swap the two pizzas for our original order.
Black and Hispanic gentleman walk in no attention, no service for over five minutes. White guy walks in “how can I help you?” It was right way. As soon as I heard that I said “are we just standing here?”

Honestly I’ve been maybe 3-4 times and EVERYTIME my order is wrong. The people are great but I think they may be a little overwhelmed. They do the best they can but I’d think twice next time I order.
We tried the new Italian meats pasta and it was HORRIBLE. it was bland and disgusting; no flavor at all.I don't know why they got rid of the meaty marinara but this is not a decent replacement.
Is this location closed? I tried to place orders both last week and today, never got through, called, no response but saying closed! Can’t help wondering what happened
Website has been showing This store is temporarily closed for remodeling. when I go to try and order. Hopefully its back open soon, I miss buying their pan pizzas.
