I used to really enjoy Pizza Hut at this location, but lately the quality has declined significantly. Their app is frustrating to use, and they've started cutting back on toppings. The last straw was when my elderly mother called in a curbside pickup order and still had to wait over an hour. She contacted the staff three times, but they completely forgot about her. When her order finally arrived, there was no apology—just a suggestion that she should have used their app, which kept crashing, prompting her to call in the first place. To make matters worse, the pizzas had almost no toppings and were too thin in the middle. The current menu no longer meets the standards we expected.
The delivery was expected within 25 to 30 minutes, but I waited for more than an hour. When I called to ask about the delay, the representative was very rude. Because of the poor service, I chose to cancel my order. I won’t be ordering from the Foothill Blvd location in Upland again. If possible, I would rate it zero stars.

I have never been so disappointed with dominos Aside from them forgetting my soda on the delivery the pizza is burnt and so is the chicken Seriously??? We won’t be eating this mess Guess I need to find a new pizza spot
You don't see many Domino,s restaurant's that you can sit inside and eat the employee's are very nice great place to go with the family for lunch or dinner I highly recommend checking it out.
Compared to other Domino's locations, the staff here was both attentive and efficient. You won't have to wait long to receive your pizza!
The restaurant promptly answered my call to verify the address and also followed through with the contactless instructions.
