Dining at your establishment was the worst experience I've had in recent memory. It was my first time visiting, and I was unfamiliar with your ordering process. The cashier, a Filipina with big eye glasses and with wide forehead, was extremely rude from the moment I approached the counter. She gave me hostile looks throughout the transaction, making me feel like I was committing a crime by ordering and dining in. It's disappointing that your training program would allow such behavior.
