This place was a pigsty! Bathroom was beyond gross. We went to this location under the impression it was dine in, as it had been there for many years. To say I was deeply disappointed would be an understatement. Girl behind the counter brought out our 2 pizzas and said nothing else. My family and I (2 kids, 3 and 6 and my wife) then proceeded to use the pizza boxes as plates, since we weren’t given any. No napkins either. This place is a run down hole and I’d rather eat trash from a dumpster before returning to this establishment. Oh! And the place had sugar ants at the booth and a dime bag in the parking lot. Corporate should just do themselves a favor and close the store.
I tried to place an order over the phone and I was placed on hold for more than 20 minutes. Another time I placed an order online and wanted to update my order with a small change so I called the location just to be put on hold for another 30 mins. I spoke to the employee and he confirmed he has the change added to the order. By the time I was provided with the old order and when I told them I called to remind about the change he told me to wait another 50 mins to get the updated order. Would not recommend going here again.
The service was fine, my food took about ten extra minutes after the expected time. That didn't really bother me a ton. What did bother me was the 10 fries that I waited 10 minutes for. When I checked in with the cashier, she let me know this was the correct portion. This is literally what I recieved. I cannot believe this is real. Be warned if you get the my hut box, the fries won't be worth it. I know it's not super expensive, 7.99, but this is literally 10 fries. Definitely wasn't expecting that. The The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced not only that I pre-pay for my order. When I got there, they gave me my food, then chased me out the door and told me no we refunded it and it’s actually gonna be more money when I already paid for my order will never be going back.
