Pizza Hut - Réserver une table

The food was actually excellent, it was ordering that was the trauma. Customers are expected to order their food using their own mobile phones, great if it works. For us it didn't. After half an hour of frustration (we needed a password reminder, which never arrived, well ok it did hours later) I put my coat on to simply leave. At this point a waitress came over and said she could take our order if we were struggling. What is wrong with simply looking after customers properly in the first place? At Pizza Hut prices they can surely afford to look after customers reasonably.And before you ask, we are very IT literate, heaven help someone who isn't, better off giving it a miss. It spoilt my day.

Myself my year old son went to Pizza Hut after spending his birthday money at Smyths along the road, the waitress who served us (I’ve forgot her name, but she had brown hair tattoos on her arms) was very friendly took loads of interest in my son and his new toys, asking how his birthday was etc, it made our experience so pleasurable and the food was spot on too. My son opted for spag bol and I had a Hawaiian pizza. Will definitely return for the buffet, which she said will be returning on a weekend again soon!

Our food last night was lovely, despite the restaurant being full there was not a long wait for food and the service was great. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

service was a bit slow and i think it is getting expensive now went last week there was not a lot of staff in so had to wait for the service and the food is not as nice as it use to be

I had a 2 wonderful visit to pizza hut it was supper friendly to talk too. I had a lovely meals in Pizza Hut
