Driver just leaves pizza on ground out our front door. We didn 't know it was out there untill we saw it laying there full of ants. We called back telling them what happened and her excuse was the the screen door was locked ? pretty sure if you knocked on that screen door we would have heard. And also she had our phone numbers. So there was so excuse for leaving that on the ground. Fire this driver. Because we expect better customer service then this.?
I do not recommend the $6.99 pizza. It seems that they only offer the hand-tossed crust unless you're willing to pay an extra $2 for the pan crust. I can't say I've ever tried the hand-tossed, and I definitely won't be trying it again! There was also a rude staff member at the cash register who was unkind to my friend when he went to get the crust fixed. Overall, the pizza was disappointing – it was spoiled, undercooked, and a complete waste of money.
I called this restaurant to place an order, and I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude from a young employee. All I wanted was a pepper chocolate, but instead of helping me, she seemed uninterested and argued with me when I provided my card information. I couldn't help but wonder if there was an adult working there. I believe that as an employee, one should handle their job professionally.
