Pizza Hut - Réserver une table

Tried to place an order online, the website said something was wrong and ask me to call. I called, the guy took 15 minutes to understand what I was saying, making long silent pauses. After that, I started gave my card number, then he start saying that my voice was cutting, and ask me to call again. I call again and he didn't pick up. I call one more time and he pick up pretending that he didn't remember who it was, and then he said was closing time and he can't take any orders. That was before 11 o'clock, but anyway I was trying order since 10:40, he probably make me hung up and call again to look like a new order. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff at the front desk was extremely rude. I ordered a veggie pizza for my 2 and 5-year-old children, but when we got home, I discovered it was incredibly spicy due to the addition of chili. Thinking it was just an honest mistake, I called the restaurant and was told to return for a replacement. However, when I arrived, a different staff member refused to exchange the pizza. He claimed that veggie pizzas aren’t supposed to be spicy and shrugged off my concern, saying it was my issue if my kids didn’t want to eat it. God bless this Pizza Hut and its staff! The service is exceptional. I arrived just 5 minutes before closing, expecting they wouldn't take my order, but instead, I received the best customer service I've ever experienced at any food place. The pizza was hot and delicious as always, and the cookies and ice cream were fantastic too!

I placed a takeout order tonight and called 15 minutes ahead to order two large pizzas (one with a stuffed crust). When I arrived, they were ready and waiting for me—hot, fresh, and on time. I'm very satisfied with my experience. Thank you!

Eat always comes on time and piping hot. the service is great and we never had problems with eating or delivery. excellent customer service from placing the call to the supplier.
