I decided to order from this restaurant through Deliveroo. Despite being told that the driver was on the way for over an hour, they didn't arrive until after 2 hours. The estimated delivery time was only supposed to be 20-30 minutes. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and had become hard as a rock. The chicken tasted terrible, almost like rubber gloves.
This place doesnt change just like all other pizza huts, always clean and tidy, we had a warm welcome, but the reason we dont go much is because of the lack of vegetarian options due to non Halal selection. Hence the 4*. Pizza was lovely and the garlic bread was exceptional probably the best in the city. Desert was also great. Will go back soon.

was over and thought why not! we were hit at the door by a beautiful waitress named amelia, she was very helpful and professional and assured my partner and I had a wonderful meal, in which very quickly came after ordering when asking amelia answered very confident and finished our evening very well. thank you, amelia! I will not buy anything from ANY pizza hut in future After being told I could not order and pay with cash I left. I will NOT use an app and be forced to use card payment ! It's your loss pizza hut not mine and I have heard many members of the public saying the same.
The food was delicious and the service was friendly. I will definitely be returning. This was my first time at this restaurant and I booked a table online. I also placed my order using the QR code on the table.
I was asked to order using a phone and then found out they don't accept cash. I will not be returning. The food was decent, but the lack of payment options really soured the evening for me.
