Pizza Hut - Réserver une table

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. The girl at the cash register and on the phone was incredibly rude and unwilling to delay preparing our pizza so that we could enjoy it warm when we passed through town. I was picking up pizza for my family of six, and when I requested some to-go items, she carelessly tossed them on top of the pizza box. When I pointed out that there weren't enough items for all of us (since we were going to eat in the car during a long trip), she completely ignored me and even turned her nose up at me. After being disappointed with lukewarm pizza my first week in my apartment in Buchanan, MI in October, I gave Pizza Hut a second chance. Once bitten, twice shy . . . or thrice shy? Lukewarm, late, and inaccurate. never again. . . . so I called the restaurant. The manager said, Unfortunately, I only have one driver, and all I 've had is deliveries it 's the best we can do. She said she could replace the order, or I can call the store manager when she comes in on Friday . . . I hate excuses.

Staff was very friendly, was clean, and that's about all the positive I can give Pizza Hut. Hadn't had Pizza Hut in years, so thought we would give them a try on our way home from the beach. Sign said salad bar open, but it was not, so not sure if only for certain hours. We dined in, and they don't do fountain drinks, only bottles. Pizza came out in a box as did the breadsticks and the pasta. Not enough room on a table for all the boxes.

Seems like they have changed their sauce it is not the same, has no flavor and what happened to a pan pizza? I got one and ordered pan crust it was more like hand tossed. Won't go back, not worth the cost.

Great service, I went for the buffet and they rarely had no pizzas availible to eat. The staff was friendly and quick, always asking if I needed a refill before I could finish it.

The staff was super friendly. The food was hot. They put plenty of toppings and cheese and sauce. It's basically everything you could want from pizza hut plus friendly service.

The best anywhere seriously.... Lunch buffet always has pizza, pasta, and salad.... $4.99... Salad bar is super fresh and all staff is friendly and attentive.
