I've been a loyal customer of Pizza Hut since 2012 and have always appreciated their food and service. However, I've recently experienced a noticeable decline in both. Today, I placed an online order for pickup, and it turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had. I tried calling the store nine times to add items to my order, but no one answered. When I arrived, no one acknowledged me at the counter, so I had to just grab my food. Once I got home, the thin crust pizza was disappointing; it didn’t taste great and was missing the extra cheese I had paid for. The P'Zone was completely inedible—I ended up having to feed it to the deer! I'm really sad to say this, but I am very disappointe...
Food was great, but the customer service here is amazing. We dined in here, she was holding two large Pizzas to our table, I guess she lost her balance and dropped one pizza on the ground. She said I'm so sorry, I'll get you another one, we assumed she would just get that one single slice remade, instead, she brings that entire pie again to us for FREE saying, but I just feel so bad. So we basically paid for 2 pies (minus 1 slice) and got a 3rd one for free. My friend is basically rich, so he tipped her 50% for the great customer service. When I visit Atlantic City again, I'll highly consider here. Side note, it was extremely slow business wise (we were the only ones there for an hour around...
I waited about five minutes at the counter before the employee in front of me was even acknowledged. The woman who seemed to be the general manager stood nearby with no expression, showing little appreciation for the customers. After ten minutes, another group of customers arrived and had to wait another five minutes before they were asked if they wanted to place their order. The employee simply glanced at them and then walked away. To make matters worse, I was charged for my order but did not receive everything I had ordered. It seems like they’ve got some staffing and management issues to work out. I haven't been here in years since the management changed, and I don't plan on returning.
I had a wonderful experience ordering from Pizza Hut through DoorDash! It's certainly one of the best options for quick pizza. I got a 14" large pizza, and it arrived perfectly packaged with no problems at all. They even included some extra sauce, which was a delightful bonus! I really appreciate that they supply everything you need to enjoy your pizza. Overall, I would give this experience a perfect 10 out of 10. I highly recommend ordering from Pizza Hut on the DoorDash app, and I encourage trying out any restaurant available on the app! Réservez une table maintenant
When we ordered two thin crust pizzas, we didn't anticipate them being as crispy as potato chips. My son chose a black olive topping, while my wife and I went for the pepper topping. After taking a bite, my son decided he didn't want his pizza. My wife and I managed to eat a few slices, but only because we didn't want to waste our money and weren’t in the mood to cook. The flavor was good, but it was way too spicy. I can only hope that the heat was an error on the chef's part. Still, I’m not willing to take the chance and try again.
Weeks and weeks on the street, try each region 's delicious local delicacies and pastries, came to me. It caught me. I needed a normal daily meal and was not left for a moment. This pizza hat site offered everything I wanted for my random visit. Friendly service, Peppy waitress, hot fresh food. It's like a taste of home, no matter where you call home.
Be careful when checking your bill. The food was outstanding, and the service was satisfactory, but our total ended up being twice what it should have been because the $5.00 specials weren’t applied. While you did rectify our bill, I’m concerned about what might happen if other customers don’t notice the error.
My star rating reflects only the taste and flavor of the food. The staff was excellent, and the facilities were adequate. I ordered pan pizzas with extra cheese from both Pizza Hut and Domino's, and in my opinion, Domino's was the clear winner. You can see the comparison below, but that's just my personal take.
