I'm visiting from Georgia I ordered pizza from this location around 8:45 ish I didn't realize after I make my order that the delivery time was 70 to 80 minutes first of all. After the 70 to 80 minutes past there was still no pizza. By this time I want to say it was probably about 10 when we started to question where the pizza was pizza never arrived I spent a total of $40 and some change for pizza for my family and friends and the kids went to bed hungry waiting for pizza. Pizza never showed up. I called and they establishment was closed after receiving text message saying that the order was out for delivery pizza still never showed up.
it took almost an hour and a half to be delivered and received the wrong pizza. tried to contact the load for an hour and no one answered. someone picked up the phone and hanged it up to stop it. had to go to the store to find my pizza so they told me they threw it away. I told them that I wanted my money back for all my job, because the pizza that was delivered right was cold when I got it. they told me they could give me a loan of $10 for the inconvenience. overall terrible experience. I'd rate her a 0 if I could. do not waste time and money on this place!
Every time I've ordered from this restaurant, my experience has been unsatisfactory. There's either hardly any sauce or way too much on my large pizza and personal pan. Additionally, I've encountered undercooked dough on multiple occasions. My breadsticks are always very dry and hard to eat. I've given this place three chances, but I believe it's time to move on—I shouldn't have to pay for subpar food.
Cold food, yall less than 5 minutes from my house...it's ridiculous and u paid for cheese sticks and didn't get them. At this point I gave yall time to get s right, I haven't ordered in over a year from yall.. just close or find someone the can actually cook, deliver hot food and not come to someone house looking lazy. Yall deal with people's food but have the nerve to want to be paid more.. smmfh

Absolutely unacceptable customer service! The manager is often rude and unprofessional. If you don't enjoy your job, it's time to reconsider your position. There's no reason to take your frustrations out on customers who are simply trying to enjoy their experience and spend money. It's truly disappointing. This place needs a new manager, and quickly. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I order a thin an crispy pizza, the pizza was more like thin and mushy the cheese went to one side.When I called the store to explain not complain to the manager she told me that the thin and crispy pizza on the bottom was supposed to be white like a cracker very sarcastic don't you think?
The workers don't want to work . Ordered a big order owner the phone 2 h of arguing still did not get it. And try to double my price so I wouldn't order. It's all a franchise but this location is the worst. Makes me not want to get my favorite pizza no more
Have had nothing but issues with the location that delivers to my house. I called, wrote and social media posted Pizza Hut for a year and never got resolution for my issue. Terrible customer service.

Why do they have these Indians answer phone. Pizza hut stores need to answer their own phone calls. It's too many Americans that need jobs that can understand English
