If I had the option to give 0 stars, I would. The service was terrible. I ordered online for curbside pickup but ended up having to go inside to get my order. I called ahead and was told my order would be brought out right away, but that never happened and I had to wait 15 minutes. On top of that, I didn't receive the extra topping I paid for and found a long hair in my boneless wings. When I reported this to the manager, she seemed like she didn't care. I threw out the food and lost my appetite. I called the store to speak to the manager and was on hold for 8 minutes. She was very unprofessional and gave short responses, talking over me. I hadn’t eaten at Pizza Hut in over a decade because I found their pizza quality to be disappointing the last time. However, a recent promotion tempted me to give them another try. Unfortunately, the pizzas were incredibly bland—honestly, they had no flavor at all. Even the pizza from Sam’s Club tasted significantly better. Additionally, it’s worth noting that Pizza Hut doesn’t employ their own delivery drivers; they rely on DoorDash for that service. So, I’m puzzled as to why they charge customers a $5.99 delivery fee. If I opted for carryout, I would receive the same pizza in the same box without that extra charge. I’m sorry to say, but I won’t be returning to Pizza Hut again.
I ordered a pizza with huh and I also ordered 2 orders from cheese hut in cicero on cermak rd. the pizza was dry and looked more like the pappe in which she came. I would have got a frozen pizza from eating for less food business and had a better tasting pizza for my family and I. I was embarrassed to think that I had $41.49 for this plus the driver tipp (not the driver's fault) that will be the last time that I ordered everything from every pizza hut. my family deserves better than that.
This restaurant experience was awful. The food was not good at all and they didn't cater to peppermint lovers or pay attention to the ingredients they used. It was lazy and felt like a ripoff. My answer: I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. They need to step up their game.

The pizza lacked enough sauce, and the thickness was inconsistent, with one side being thicker than the other. The cheese was overcooked as well. The only redeeming quality was the small amount of sauce that was present. I should have just opted for Domino's instead.

Was freezing in there staff it ok I guess. But they make you pay before you get to sit down pops not included with anything so that extra.
