I hadn’t had pizza in two years, so when I finally decided to try the Meat Lover’s pizza from Centreville Square, VA, on May 29, 2022, it was a wonderful surprise. Honestly, it was the best pizza I’ve ever had. It was loaded with meat, with generous slices that were thick and well-distributed. It looked just like a photo from an advertisement and tasted incredible. The special deal was $15.99, which I thought was a fantastic value. I ordered from Pizza Hut for the first time in a while and was somewhat underwhelmed, but ultimately satisfied. They accidentally gave me a pizza I didn't recognize until I got home. Luckily, I live nearby, so I took everything back. The person who seemed to be the owner or manager (I didn’t catch his name, but he was Asian) quickly acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and promptly replaced my order. I didn't mind waiting because I prefer to have my orders correct. I returned home with a fresh pizza, which was delicious and not too greasy—just how I like it. I suggest training employees to double-check orders before they go out!
I'm not one to review fast food places, but this particular Pizza Hut is so amazing I had to make an exception. My husband and I eat here regularly, and have legitimately never had a bad experience. The pizza is always perfectly made, no mistakes, and delivered to our door hot. The consistency of this place is amazing, it is our go to anytime we want pizza!
I encountered an issue with my online order. I wanted a stuffed crust for one pizza but not for the other. Unfortunately, the system charged me for stuffed crust on both pizzas, which made the process more complicated than necessary. Despite that, the pizza was overall delicious and met my expectations, and the delivery was seamless.
Pizza was good on request with extra sauce. Breadsticks and Cinnasticks were also as expected. The price was also fair. Just the reason it is not 5 stars because I think they have changed their marinara sauce and we really did not like the marinara sauce we got with our order.
