Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:20 (listed that they close at 11). Waited about 10 minutes with no acknowledgement but saw employees in the restaurant who also made eye contact with us. Not sure what would take precedence over waiting customers ready to pay for service/food but with that being said, only one star. When serving customers please make sure customer service training is made a priority. We went ahead and left without ordering since your employees thought something other than customers ready to be serviced was a priority. Nobody has time to wait in a drive thru designed to be convenient and fast for service for mediocre employee service. Please address internally with your staff...
Sat at the window waiting for my order to come out for 8 minutes as per request from the worker at the window. I pay ahead of time with her. I get charged. I wait 20 more minutes to be told my card didn't go through, and I'll have to pay again. I pull up my bank statement and see I was charged already. Without apologizing a single time, the MANAGER demands me pay $70 total dollars on 2 pizzas and breadsticks. I told him to cancel the order, and he happily canceled my order, shooing me away. Not a single apology.
No dine in, so ordered carry out, Ordered a Pan pizza and 6 wings. Dipping sauce was extra. Wings were $10, Dipping sauce for them is extra. Didn’t get the wings. They said they would credit my Credit Card, 2 days later, nothing. I called, they said they already credited my card, I should wait, then hung up. I do love that corporate was there and senior staff having a meeting. I hope it was about their staff can’t produce a simple order
Incredibly quick and efficient service, but the quality of the food remains top-notch! No exaggeration. I placed my pizza order online at 6:43, and it was delivered to my home by 7:07—even on a Saturday night! With such rapid delivery, I was concerned that the pizzas might not be cooked thoroughly. But I was pleasantly surprised! They arrived perfectly intact and piping hot! Réservez une table maintenant
I frequently order from this location, but today I encountered a rude cashier. She appeared to be a young Mexican girl who spoke to me in a condescending manner and placed my food on the counter without informing me that it was ready. It was one of the rudest experiences I’ve ever had. I won't be returning here again.
My delivery driver, Shabaz, was extremely professional. He worked with our concierge to deliver my pizza up to my unit, and maintained adequate communication. Would highly recommend this Pizza Hut location, my experiences have always been great here and Shabaz was amazing!
