What a disappointment. Went to celebrate my son's 18th birthday. Atmosphere was non existent staff very unhelpful. Service very slow had to wait nearly 15 mins for drinks. Ordered pizzas and sides didn't come out together and had to keep asking for our garlic bread, finally got it when we had finished all the other food. Really disappointed won't be returning after paying nearly £30 for a pizza we will take our custom elsewhere
After reading other reviews I was rather dreading the visit. Went with my granddaughter for lunch before going to the cinema. The manager was helpful, as were all the staff, the seats and tables were clean. The service was very good from all staff and the food was enjoyable. My first visit to a Pizza hut and the whole experiencing was beyond my expectations in a good way!
A huge thank you to Ty the manager and hus staff for being honest due to the restaurant having lost gas and still allowed my family and I to enjoy the salad and pasta which is more the reason why we come. After we sat down everyone was informed about the problem and even customers that tried to enter were all told and given the option to stay. Thank you everyone
I admit I lost the receipt so couldn’t tell you the servers name but I think he was Italian. He was lovely and made me feel welcome as a solo diner. What didn’t make me feel relaxed was the other guy who was constant nagging him and telling him off when he was doing a good job but loud enough for customers to hear. Maybe check your manager not your staff.
