My five-year-old son and I went to Arnold to the Pizza Hut today. The server (I wish I remember her name) brought my son his pizza and he pulled the plate closer to him and inadvertently over his stomach. The pizza was so hot that the cheese still evaporated on his shirt. Although it hurt him and his skin was red, he is not burned. The lady was so nice and helpful. She seemed really worried for my son and not just for herself or the reputation of the restaurant. She even brought my son to wear a great pizza hat shirt at home because his shirt was covered with cheese and sauce. Great work! Thank you.
A few weeks ago (05/03/17 lunch break) when the floods 55 turned off my daughters and I went to the pizza hut at lunch... I wanted to publish this earlier, so I apologize for the delay. On that Wednesday the place was pampered. And no employee had a bad attitude. The employees rocked it this day! They did the best work they could and kept drinks filled, buffet full, tables revitalized and turned, positive attitudes, apologetic hearts. They did an amazing job for what they were treated this day and they rocked it all the way. Good job!
