Pizza Hut - Réserver une table

If I could give them 0? I would. I ordered my food at 651p and was told my order would be delivered in 100 minutes. At 851p (120 minutes later) I call to check my order. I was told that my order could not be found. The kicker pulled the money out of my account! I spoke to someone who was rude and very evil. I ask you to talk to the manager and her answer was the manager. I told her she had to work on her customer service and if she had a solution. She then said that they can place my order or give me a refund. I asked if the order would take another 2 hours and she said it depends on the order because they are sold out of all. Once two years ago, when my bf and I visited my family. Everything was delicious, but the dry fried chicken wings were the highlight for me. Recently I was back in town where I visited my family, and I couldn't go without having some chicken wings back. I live so sad in la and can't have them more often.

Customer service is sucked! I waited 15 minutes in the lobby and nobody came to help me. I just left and got Chucks, even though I had a taste for pizza hat. You need a new manager or more staff!

Pizza has allot of MSG.... A SINGLE small Supreme is MORE AND ENOUGH if you don't want HBP
