My girlfriend and I ordered takeout from this restaurant and I went to pay with my debit card. The worker informed me that the debit machine had lost connection, so I attempted to make the payment again. Afterward, he said I could come back to receive a refund. However, when I checked my online banking, I saw that the refund had already been processed. Upon returning to the restaurant, I was told that someone had already received the refund. I called and visited the restaurant multiple times, but they did not offer any assistance or refund, despite having proof of the transaction. A few years ago, there was a Mission Pizza Hut on Lougheed that we used to enjoy. They had a buffet style lunch on Saturdays that we loved, especially their regular pizza and dessert pizza. However, the new Pizza Hut at the same location is not up to par. The ingredients are lacking and the dough is greasy and fattening. I was disappointed because I had fond memories of the previous Pizza Hut.
eating was disgusting and totally inconceivable. it looked like it fell on the floor and our order was wrong. we demanded a replacement and the manager was argumentatiw and refused to grant a replacement or a refund unless we wanted to pick up. we had ordered the delivery from a ground. the manager is hard unprofessional and according to my opinion this location should be shut off.
There used to be a Mission Pizza Hut on Lougheed about 10 years ago and it was really good. They served a buffet style on Saturday lunch time. see I remember it, we really liked their pizza and dessert pizza. I rated this service compared to all other Pizza Huts and NOT to other restaurants. Pizza was ready quickly and it was good. There is no place to sit down so this is a take out only or they deliver to your hotel. It is by Walmart, $ store, and half a block from the Best Western Hotel.
