I had to call to place my order this time because I had a coupon that I couldn't use online. Usually, I prefer ordering online for the great deals. There was a little mix-up with my order, but the manager—who had a charming voice—handled everything perfectly! He was delightful and provided excellent customer service. Well done! When my order arrived, it was actually earlier than expected, which is always a nice surprise, and the delivery person was fantastic—very friendly too! I typically order from the Sheridan location, but I think I’ll stick with this one from now on. Thank you to everyone who helped this difficult customer!
We got a large stuffed crust and the pizza tasted really good. Only complaints were that the crust was rather flat causing the pizza to droop when picking it up. There was also a couple flys bothering us during our stay. A slice of our pizza ended up on the ground before we got it due to a collision in the kitchen. They ended up giving us an entire extra pizza when we just expected the slice to be replaced, can't be too upset about that. It was an alright experience at this location, I still prefer the one on sheridan better.
I visited this restaurant with my son a few years ago, and I had a positive experience. We had a short wait to be seated, but it wasn’t too long. Our server was friendly and did her best to accommodate us. She even complimented us for just ordering water and mentioned that she wished her family made similar choices. The pizza and salad were delicious! The entire area was clean, and the salad bar was well-stocked. I’ve been wanting to return based on this experience, so keep up the great work!
I decided to try their new garlic knots pizza, and I was pleasantly surprised when someone brought it out to my truck since I recently had shoulder surgery. That was definitely the highlight of my visit. However, the garlic knots were barely seasoned, and the crust was extremely thin. It's been a while since I last visited Pizza Hut, and I don't recall my previous experiences being this disappointing. I'm sorry, Pizza Hut—I used to really enjoy your food, but that's changed. I waited in a crowded line of six people for over 15 minutes, and there were no social distancing markers or direction from the staff. The pin pad and lobby were filthy, showing a clear lack of effort to keep the public areas clean. To make matters worse, when we got home, our pizza was mostly crust, with the corner pieces being all crust, and the sauce tasted watered down compared to other Pizza Huts. On a positive note, the Pizza Rolls were excellent.
The pizza is cooked perfectly, and they definitely don’t skimp on the cheese. However, I've had an ongoing issue where they often forget to add the crust toppings. The worst experience was when I received my pizza, only to discover that the cheese had stuck to the top of the box, likely because the box was squished under other orders. They did replace my pizza, but it was an inconvenience since I had already waited 15 minutes.
Pizza was good and waitress was nice. The place was clean but really needs to be remodeled. I was seated at a booth and the seats fabric has holes in it and we're turning black. The seats foam was gone so I was left siting on what felt like a 2x4, needless to say I asked for a box and left. The walls have cracks in them and the windows full of dust. I will never go back until it's remodeled.
Always the best service and very clean. Food was perfect. Was suggested to try the cheesy crust bite pizza since we were having trouble picking out what to get and they even cooked it three different ways so we all got to have it how we wanted it!
