I would rate it no star or 0/5 (it wouldn't let me post unless I click at least one star). I placed an order today at 8:30pm, was supposed to deliver to my house around 9pm. Since they don't have delivery drivers, they used Door Dash. When I tracked my order, the delivery changed to 10pm and door dash says my order has not left. I called pizza hut, unfortunately the door dash driver picked up my order at 9:30 and when they called the driver, he never picked up and he cancelled the order like he never picked it up. I like hut pizza, but I don want to buy in this place, the guy (fat and long hair), don't care the customers, when I get my pizzas he seems mute, don't greet, don't say that you. It is better for the store he quit. Guy go to work where don't need to speak. Just days later y place my order again and this guy did the same. I never come back this place I prefer Little Pizza more cheaper and exceptional service I highly recommend and it find in the same shopping place.
The worst delivery I've seen. If you order delivery from this store, you are very likely to have half of you order delivered, and never get the rest. I've had pizza delivered for several years now, I feel like half of my orders have issues with delivery drivers being incompetent. I'm done buying from this terrible store
This location missed items in my order two times. Each time I called the store and no one picks up, even though I tried calling a few times. Not great service, very frustrating! I would like a refund on my missed items and can't even speak to someone at the store.

The store at 3330 Kirchoff Rd, Rolling Meadows, gets Well done perfect every time. Pro tip: The pan pizza is great if its left on the conveyer just a little longer then normal.
Barely any pepperoni on my pizza, c'mon im never ordering from that pizza hut again poor coustmer service. Any other Pizza hut has better pepperoni pizza than that.
Forgot half my order twice. Doesn't answer the phone if there's a problem. Very disappointed. We will no longer by ordering from this store.
Extremely fast service and clean environment. Food was cooked perfectly as is expected from Pizza Hut.
