The pizzas I ordered were visibly burnt on top, especially around the crust, and the taste reflected that as well. I requested a large three-topping pizza, but it only had one piece of each topping—pepperoni, sausage, and olives—on every slice. Seriously? Just one piece of pepperoni, one sausage, and one olive on each of the large pizza slices? The same disappointment happened with my medium three-topping pizza, which had pineapple, ham, and mushrooms! Pizza Hut encourages customers to join their loyalty program, customers build up points, then they stop maintaining their app and website; either being necessary to earn or redeem points thus, they 're selling under false pretenses. And FYI, if you Google, Why doesn 't the Pizza Hut app or website work? , you see that gazillions of other people are pissed about it as well (and no amount of clearing one 's cache or deleting and reinstalling the app, etc., will fix the problem; it 's been this way for many months now). The company is unethical and/or inept; either way, Dominos or Papa Johns from now on, even though I don 't think their pizza is as good.
For the store to automatically calculate what my tip should be was total arrogance and I will never buy a pizza here again. I AM THE ONE THAT DECIDES WHAT THE TIP WILL BE, NOT THE STORE!
