We ordered the spicy lovers pizza, and oh my goodness! I would give it a perfect score of 100%. First, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Second, the presentation of the pizza was outstanding—everything was perfect and incredibly fresh. Lastly, the flavor was fantastic, especially if you enjoy spicy food. I would definitely eat this again. A big thank you to all the wonderful staff for creating such a delicious pizza. I highly recommend you come down and give it a try. P.S. No, I don't work for Pizza Hut; I'm just a pizza enthusiast!
The manager, Amber, informed me that she didn't know how to process a refund and did not offer any credit for a future visit. After spending 40 minutes at Pizza Hut without getting dinner for my kids, I left $54.00 poorer, essentially donating that amount to a restaurant with disorganized and poorly trained staff. I am extremely disappointed with this franchise in Columbia, IL, and I definitely will not be returning.
Ordered online the day before. The next day, I received a call about an hour before the delivery was scheduled saying the store was closed. I don't know if it's an issue with the online ordering or this particular store. But what I do know is that we werenot too pleased with this. I had ordered these to feed an event, so we had to scramble last minute to order pizza from someoneelse.

Horrible, horrible service. I waited 4 hrs for my food to be delivered until I decided to cancel my prepaid order since they obviously decided they have better things to do. Anyone working from 6-11 on 9/10 deserves to be fired. Pathetic.
We love the Pizza Hut in Columbia! We live in Belleville and always come here for our pizza because they are always so well made. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job and for having such friendly and polite staff.
Everything was perfect and cooked just right. Our order arrived quickly, especially for a Saturday night. Excellent job!
The pizza was excellent, and I was very pleased with the price. The gentleman who assisted me was incredibly friendly.

I definitely prefer the Columbia Pizza Hut over the one in Cahokia. It's much faster and the food is prepared better!
