Had the worst experience the day after their mistake. My husband ordered pizza for our girls. They delivered it to the wrong house. The store wouldn't answer his calls after and we had to call corporate for a refund. The next day Ken, the manager calls us back, he then proceeds to tell my husband that he doesn't know his address, and it's his fault. Then hangs up. Worst manager ever
Terrible experience! The cashier, who didn't show her name, had short brown hair and noticeable bumps and scars on her face. She was rude and disrespectful, acting as if she were under the influence. She repeatedly had to recount my change and constantly touched her face and nose without washing her hands! I will never return to this location. Absolutely disgusting.
Stopped in for lunch on 11/22/22 12:45pm due to the flags on the road reading NOW OPEN. Upon entry the building seemed empty. I could hear people on the back talking and laughing. After waiting 10 plus minutes I left disappointed and looking for somewhere else to have lunch. This is not a good way to run a resturant especially during the lunch hour. Oh well.....
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff were quite rude, accusing customers of just wanting free pizzas. Honestly, no one is interested in their subpar pizza. The overall quality was disappointing, and it felt like a waste of time. I wouldn't give this place even one star if there were an option for zero. Réservez une table maintenant
The Big New Yorker is Back! Not quite. Maybe if this store knew how to make it correctly. No original sweet sauce, dough for a 14 pizza stretched out to 16 and an ounce of herbs and spices just thrown on the top after baking. I was excited, but now very disappointed.
Although the restaurant is open, it's quite ridiculous that they aren't accepting orders. The owner should consider closing the establishment and staying home, as it seems they aren't adhering to basic business ethics.
The pizza is horrible and has to much grease. The worst part is that they charge so much for a large pizza. If you want to eat pizza I recommend that you go to Domino's or Pizza Now or even Rosatis.
Straight hot garbage! I don't know what happened to Pizza Hut, but this isn't the pizza I grew up with as a kid Réservez une table maintenant
