From 5 PM until almost 7 PM, I struggled to get Skip to find a driver to pick up my food, even though there was an assigned name for my delivery from the start. I made sure to mention this name every time I contacted them. After waiting for far too long, the amazing staff at the restaurant were more than willing to take my order again and had it prepared and delivered promptly.
I want to give a huge shoutout to the two team members who patiently handled my countless calls and my frustration during this ordeal. They really went above and beyond to ensure I could enjoy my dinner. I didn’t catch their names, but I hope they see this. Thank you both from the bottom of my once-empty stomach!
However, fast forward to today—I spent half an hour trying to use that credit to place a new order. I had to argue and debate whether I should call back tomorrow to place the order or pay now and call later to redeem the credit. Eventually, they “found” a manager who approved using the credit for my order.
About five minutes later, they called to inform me that there would be a $5 delivery charge, despite the fact that my first order was also for delivery. Save your money and go elsewhere to avoid the most pathetic and inexcusable customer service experience possible. *Note: This incident occurred around 4:50 PM on March 7, 2023.
WARNING! AVOID THIS RESTAURANT UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK! We ordered two pizzas last night that didn’t seem quite right—they were undercooked and the dough had a strange texture. The taste was acceptable, so we didn’t think much of it at the time. However, about four hours later, we went to bed and both spent the entire night with severe diarrhea that was green, suggesting bacterial contamination from the pizza. That was the only meal we had that evening, so it had to be the pizza. Stay away unless you want to experience the same unfortunate outcome.
This is a takeout location for Pizza Hut. While they do have a window seat where you could eat, the focus here is definitely on takeout. The pizza features a reliably deep dish crust that is a bit greasy but incredibly flavorful. It's exactly what you would expect when ordering from Pizza Hut. I've ordered from here before and will definitely order again in the future.

I spent around $45 on a pizza that had no flavor whatsoever. It seems like the person who made it might not have had much experience. Overall, it was a terrible experience getting our lunch from this place. On the bright side, it was quite busy, and there was ample parking available.

This location is fantastic now! They always prepare my orders quickly, and they've gotten everything right this year. The taste is just like the Pizza Hut I remember from back in the day.
