I drove through the drive-thru to place my order. I noticed workers standing by the back door smoking cigarettes. I watched as they counted their drawer from the back door to the register. After ordering a large pizza and drink, I was told that the drink machine was out of order. The worker who served us had not washed their hands. The other worker was friendly, but it seemed like they were rushing through the drive-thru orders. I waited for 15 minutes in the parking lot, which was full of trash, before going back inside. very bad experience. I usually go to 1912 ross clark cir. on this special day 11/11 we were in the neighbourhood and decided to stop here. I went in and stood in register to look for 20 minutes. I then made noise to get someone's attention. as I said, "Excuse me, "Hello," I see a worker outside smoking and another in the back packaging. I asked if I couldn't check out. the co-worker continued what she did, there was another co-worker who came through to take boxes. I entered the restaurant and immediately took a seat since there were no other customers. However, we waited for over 15 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. Another customer arrived, but still no staff attended to us. Eventually, we realized they didn't want to serve us and decided to leave.

Would've been 5 stars except took a few to get someone to drive-thru window to pick up online order. Couldn't see anyone taking an order or anything. Maybe potty break. Who knows. Anyhow, pizza was as ordered delish! We ordered The Edge. Def recommend it. Réservez une table maintenant

Really Bad experience as order was 45 minutes late and only received pizza not everything else ordered then waited another 45 minutes for the remainder of order! I normally order elsewhere and will go back to who I typically order from. Lesson learned.

It is unreal to sell a pizza that exspensive with no sauce ill just buy the walmart pizzas from now on baught pizza hut and digornos everyone ate the digornos dog wouldnt eat pizza huts 42 dollars wasnt worth ten

The Detroit-style pizza was fantastic! The paprika, crust, and cheese were perfectly crispy. The pizza was prepared quickly. I still adore the atmosphere of the restaurant!

my pizza was hot and so delicious. the cheese stalls lacked something in the cheese department, but I ate every piece. you can never go wrong with pizza hut. Réservez une table maintenant

The Detroit Style pizza was awesome!!! The pepperonis, crust and cheese were perfectly crisp!!! The pizza was made very fast!!! I still love The Hut!!!! ?
