Pizza Hut Nepean - Réservation de table

We ordered the pizza game night deal, which used to be excellent—huge, flavorful slices packed with meat and veggies. This time, we ordered a meat lovers pizza, but it was quite disappointing; there was hardly any meat on it. We still paid full price for it, and what we received was a large pizza cut into just 10 tiny slices. Please don’t do this to your customers; we deserve better for the price we pay.

Food is good, but the for small cheese pizza worth 16.50 with 10% tip both worth it. The counter staff was grumpy and uninterested on serving customer.Kid-friendliness: The counter staff was uninterested on serving the customer she was grumpy. She was excited when she saw her friends waiting for her though. Not a great service today.

This is the worst place to go. I waited 40 minutes to pick up my online order. As of September 2023, I can't tell if it's a beer store or Pizza Hut. They asked for ID to pick up my online order, even though I showed them my email receipt! The Canadian customer service has really gone downhill. Terrible experience.

Good quality Pizza Hut product beats most pizza in the Barr havenarea. Regret not returning to the Hut earlier. Slightly mor pricy but quality beat lower bidders and time to the door was much better than other chains… enjoyed the hut…btw order the giant cookie this is an engineering marvel that made the meal! 11/10 service, bodybuilder delivery guy helped move our 900 lbs print machine into the garage from the driveway. Had 10 people around us to help move but he still did 95% of the lifting. Thanks bro, we couldn't have done it without you. Pizza was good too.

I called and waited, but ultimately received nothing. The delivery was late, and despite paying for it, I had to go pick up my order myself. The customer service was terrible, and the food wasn't good either.

The Pizza Hunt in Barrhaven has very poor customer service. They do not answer the phone. Also, the delivered Pizza was semi done and has no taste. I will not order from that place again.

Pizza was awful and soggy. There was no cheese inside the stuffed crust pizza I ordered. Even though I ordered an extra topping, I barely got that topping on the pizza. Réservez une table maintenant

Pizza tasted good as usual. Staffs were not friendly or helpful. Online ordering would be better option rather than dropping in store.
