Pizza Hut North Bay

Yet another local restaurant that's gone completely down the drain. Refused to honor a gift card when we picked our order up, and then one of my partner's chicken bites was still raw inside.Customer service? Gone. Food safety standards? Gone.Update: three hours later this is the only food we've had today and we both have horrible food poisoning. Avoid this place at all costs now.

Ordered wings, fries and garlic bread. It was so expensive for what we got and the quality. The bone in wings smelled so bad of chemicals that we had to throw them out. Called them and they wouldn't do anything for me. Total waste of money!!!

They're open till 9 but when you call at 8:25 pm they refuse to take your order. Other pizza shops take orders till close.

Stopped and ordered takeout. People were friendly, food was made as ordered, and was ready within provided timeframe.
