Absolutely brutal. Called ahead to see if we were in their delivery area. Put on hold girl says no problem. FYI 11 mins away . Says 33 to 35 mins. Ordered $62 worth of pizza, not a small order. She asks me to repeat Address as she says it back wrong , repeats back phone number wrong, I correct her. Delivery driver calls and asks for address, wrong Address, so I tell him correct address again, he calls back 10 mins later to confirm, I repeat address, again its 11 mins away and on google maps. 10 mins pass manager calls to tell me I am out of delivery area !!!!! Asks me if I want to cancel?? Really Ive been waiting an hour for dinner ! I say no I want you to deliver as promised. 15 mins later...
I typically have used the Pizza Hut app on my phone to order. I have always had my order ready for pickup when I got there with no waiting. Orders have always been accurate and piping hot. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I have also found that orders out of this location have the appropriate amount of topping. Many Pizza Hut's I have been to in the past were light on the toppings. The one time I ordered delivery, my order arrived hot, accurate and on time to the minute the app estimated my order should arrive. Keep up the good work. ?
When it first opened, Pizza Hut takeout in Oakbank MB was excellent. Lately though, something has changed and not for the better. My last two pizzas have been terrible. The crust has been heavy and chewy as opposed to light and airy as advertised. The topping quantity has been decreased and the pizzas have been over-cooked but barely lukewarm.
The service is and atmosohere is good for the location but this is the 3rd time ive gotten food poisoning from this place in the past 6 monthsSomething isnt being done properly thereFirst it was a large canadian, second a large hawian, third was a large meatlovers. Every time recieving food poisoningI sadly would NOT recomend Réservez une table maintenant
Pizza Hut in Oakbank was good when it first opened but has gone downhill. My last two pizzas were terrible. The crust was heavy, rubbery and chewy as opposed to light and airy as advertised. The quantity of the cheese and toppings has shrunk. The pizzas were over-cooked yet barely lukewarm. And I live 5 minutes away.
