The Pizza Hut pizza was consistent with what you would expect. This particular location is now offering drive-thru service only. Although the service was quick and my order was accurate, I was disappointed that I couldn't sit down and enjoy my pizza. The option to dine in is a key differentiator for Pizza Hut compared to other pizza chains. I believe the shift to drive-thru only was likely due to the pandemic. Hopefully, they will reopen the dining area soon.
Pizza could have been cooked longer. I asked for the pizza to be well done and I paid for extra sauce and extra cheese to not end up with that. Thanks for the large pizza cuz yall ran outta personal pans or gave my pizza away.
A error occurred on website that charged by bank account but did not send my order through. Manager fixed my order promptly. Save the day for several teen boys.
